Andrew “Andy” Kirchner is a purpose-driven Social Impact Specialist & Consultant who integrates digitalization with sustainable development to drive social impact and ethical business practices.

Inspired by a transformative personal journey, Andy combines personal experience with innovative digital tools to empower individuals and organizations. A prominent voice in local progress, he serves as a Club17 Curaçao Facilitator and a Certified Coach pa Futuro in Digitalization and Sustainability, bridging the gap between global goals and community-led action.

With over ten years of governance experience at Fundashon Desaroyo Deportivo Korsou (FDDK), Foundation Innovation Ç, and De SGR-Groep (Stichting Gehandicaptenzorg Curaçao), Andy brings a grounded understanding of institutional leadership, accountability, and community-centered development to every project he supports.

As the Executive Producer of “The State of the SDGs; Navigating Sustainability on Curaçao,” Andy focuses on local empowerment and human-centric mentorship. He is dedicated to preparing the next generation of leaders in Curaçao to thrive and lead in an increasingly digital-first world.
