After 20 years of stage experience as an educator in various disciplines, I have perfected the skill to bring a message across. I understand that as a professional speaker it is my task to take you on an experience just as I did as a Scuba Dive Instructor and refine the moves as the Salsa Teacher I once was, and as the poet, I understand the power of words like no one else.

I become a part of my audience as I want to be part of the experience as much as I am engaging in it. This unique perspective has brought me into dynamic settings to jumpstart the day for school classes and close the day on a high incorporate boardrooms in the evening.

As the doctor told me that I would probably not walk again, my brain responded with “You don’t know what I’m capable of.” I set my goal to not only walk but become a more valuable member of our society.

I have turned my life as a professional patient into a respected board member of the Curaçao National Sport Foundation (FDDK), supervisory board member of the SGR-Group, the national handicap and rehabilitation foundation and chairman of Kolektivo Curaçao Foundation.
