What is Coach pa Futuro?
Coach pa Futuro (CPF) is a strategic program designed to lower the Cost of Doing Business (CODB) on Curaçao.
Local SMEs lose an estimated 30% of their operations to waste: time, energy, materials and money that never turn into value. CPF tackles that waste with structural improvements in Digitalization and Sustainability.
Launched by the Ministry of Economic Development (MEO) as part of the BIZ2BIZ program, together with Mi Negoshi and supported by the Dutch Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, CPF connects a select group of certified local experts with SMEs to drive innovation.
A Coach pa Futuro is a mix of three roles: a coach focused on change, a consultant with strategic solutions and a trainer who builds skills.

To become a Coach pa Futuro, every coach completed accredited courses in digitalization or sustainability and in business advising, and brings years of experience advising SMEs.
On top of that, the Ministry of Economic Development organized hands on trainings for our cohort: advanced business coaching techniques with Nelida Catalina, and a LinkedIn and personal branding masterclass with Tsnatee Elisa to help us export our services internationally.
